No security deposit against damages is required.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• 50% of the total payment is required to book the villa (signing of the lease). The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the arrival date. If booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date all payments are returned. If booking is cancelled in less than 30 days to arrival date all payments are not returned.
